Right of Withdrawal

This page applies to customers residing in the European Union. It sets out the statutory right of withdrawal provided by Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, which implement Directive 2011/83/EU. It is separate from — and in addition to — our commercial 30-day return promise.

Your right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from the day you (or a third party you designate, other than the carrier) receive your order to withdraw from the purchase, without giving any reason.

How to exercise it

Notify Neovia of your decision by means of an unambiguous statement — for example by e-mail to support@neovia.com — before the 14-day period expires. You may use the model form below, but it is not compulsory. We will acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal by e-mail without delay.

Returning the goods

• Send the items back no later than 14 days after communicating your withdrawal, to: [TO BE COMPLETED: return address].
• Return shipping costs are borne by you.
• You are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Refund

We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or proof that you have shipped them, whichever comes first. The refund is issued to the payment method used for the order, at no cost to you.

Exceptions

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for sealed goods which have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene or health-protection reasons — in particular bodysuits and sports bras whose hygiene protection has been removed.

Customers in Canada

The statutory right of withdrawal described above is an EU consumer right. Customers residing in Canada benefit from our 30-day return promise and from the mandatory rules of the applicable provincial legislation, in particular the Quebec Consumer Protection Act.
