We ship to Canada and to the 27 countries of the European Union from our partner warehouse, and e-mail you a tracking link as soon as your parcel reaches the European Union or Canada and is handed to the local carrier. European Union: shipping €14.90, free on any order over €90; prices include VAT, so there is nothing more to pay on delivery. Canada: shipping €12.42, free on any order over €75 (prices shown exclusive of tax); customs duties and GST/HST may be collected by the carrier on delivery. Your tracking link shows the estimated delivery date.

Yes. Orders leave in plain, unbranded outer packaging with no mention of the contents. Only the shipping label is visible.

As soon as your parcel reaches the European Union or Canada, you receive an email with a tracking link. You can also find every order and its status in your account, under Orders.

You have 30 days from delivery to exchange or return your order, as long as the piece is unworn and its hygiene seal is intact. Start the request from your account and we send you a return label.

Measure your waist and hips with a soft tape, held flat and not pulled tight, then compare with the size chart on each product page. If you fall between two sizes, take the smaller one: the fabric is designed to stretch and compress. Our pieces run from XS to XXL.

The seamless construction and bonded edges are made to stay flat and stay put, with no visible line under fitted clothing. Rolling almost always means the size is too small — the fabric is then pushed out of place instead of holding.

Machine wash cold at 30°C on a delicate cycle, inside out, with no fabric softener — softener coats the elastane fibres and is what actually kills compression. Air dry flat, away from direct heat. No tumble dryer, no ironing.
